PeakNIL Partner Program - University of Michigan

Get paid. Build your network. Get in the game.

Apply by Nov 4, 2026

About this deal

Make money while building your future in sports business. As a Campus Partner, you’ll build business relationships across Ann Arbor, take ownership of the opportunities you pursue, and earn a revenue share when your referred businesses generate revenue for PeakNIL. Build your network, gain real-world experience, and get closer to the sports industry.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with businesses: Identify and reach out to local businesses that could benefit from working with athletes and creators.

  • Use the provided business pool: Gain access to a pool of businesses you can explore and choose from. You'll be able to select the businesses you want to pursue rather than being assigned a set list of tasks.

  • Build relationships: Introduce businesses to PeakNIL, explain the platform, and help them understand how it can support their marketing goals.

  • Track your opportunities: Keep your business contacts and opportunity statuses up to date on the platform so PeakNIL can track progress and properly attribute referrals.

  • Know when to involve PeakNIL: When an opportunity requires campaign planning, athlete sourcing, pricing, contracting, or additional support, you can bring in the PeakNIL team.

  • Earn based on results: Receive a revenue share on eligible revenue generated by businesses attributed to you, subject to the program's finalized compensation and attribution terms.

The Business Pool & Account Claiming

PeakNIL will provide Campus Partners with access to a pool of businesses to pursue. Rather than competing to contact the same businesses without coordination, partners will be able to claim businesses through the platform and track their progress.

The program's initial working rules include:

  • Partners may claim up to 10 businesses at a time.

  • Business claims have a defined protection period, currently planned for 30 days.

  • You are expected to make meaningful progress with the businesses you claim, such as initiating contact, receiving a response, or developing an active conversation.

  • Businesses may be returned to the available pool if meaningful progress is not made within the applicable claim period.

  • You may be able to submit new businesses that are not already in the PeakNIL database, subject to program rules and duplicate-account checks.

  • You must keep opportunity information accurate and up to date.

These rules are designed to keep the business pool organized, provide fair access to opportunities, and ensure that claimed businesses are being actively pursued. Final account-claiming and attribution rules will be provided during onboarding.

Compensation & Earning Potential

The Peak Partner Program is a possible revenue-share opportunity, not an hourly job. Campus Partners do not receive an hourly wage, salary, or payment simply for attending meetings or completing activities.

Instead, compensation is tied to the revenue generated by eligible business relationships attributed to you. The goal is to reward partners for creating meaningful business opportunities and helping PeakNIL grow.

Earn the first month of any $99 or $299 monthly subscription you sell, plus 20% of PeakNIL’s fee on cash transactions from businesses you bring to the platform.

Example: On a $1,000 deal, PeakNIL earns $200, and you earn $40.Required tax and payout onboarding must be completed before eligible payments can be issued.

Independence & Flexibility

This opportunity is designed for students who want the flexibility to pursue opportunities on their own schedule.

  • You choose which available businesses to pursue.

  • You determine when and how much time you want to dedicate to the program.

  • There is no required hourly schedule or salary.

  • Participation is nonexclusive, meaning you can maintain other jobs, internships, businesses, and extracurricular activities.

  • Training, sales resources, templates, webinars, and coaching may be available to help you succeed.

While participation is flexible, all partners must follow PeakNIL's program rules, required training, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Program Participation & Removal

PeakNIL reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove Campus Partners from the program at its discretion, subject to the applicable partner agreement and law.

Participation is not guaranteed simply because an application is submitted or initially accepted. Partners must meet the program's eligibility requirements, complete onboarding, and continue to follow all applicable rules.

Reasons for suspension or removal may include, but are not limited to:

  • Failure to complete required onboarding or certification.

  • Violations of the partner agreement, program policies, or compliance requirements.

  • Misrepresenting PeakNIL, making unauthorized commitments, or providing misleading information to businesses.

  • Inappropriate, unprofessional, or dishonest conduct.

  • Failing to maintain accurate business and opportunity records.

  • Misuse of the business pool, including holding claims without meaningful progress or violating account-claiming rules.

  • Fraud, manipulation of referrals or attribution, or other misconduct.

  • Other circumstances in which PeakNIL determines that continued participation is not appropriate.

PeakNIL may also release businesses back into the available pool when claim requirements are not met. Removal from the program and the treatment of any pending or future revenue share will be governed by the official partner agreement.
