Hi! I’m Lauren Johnson, an outfielder for Alabama Softball and a junior who loves bringing energy and positivity both on the field and online. Softball has been a huge part of my life, but I pride myself on keeping the game fun, light, and full of personality. I work hard, compete hard, and still make sure to enjoy every moment—because I believe softball doesn’t always have to be so serious to be great.
When I’m not on the field, I love spending time with friends, going shopping, and finding little moments throughout the day that inspire creativity. In my videos and content, my goal is to create a fun, upbeat atmosphere that shows the work behind the scenes while also highlighting the joy and playfulness of the sport. I want people to see the grind, but also the laughter, confidence, and personality that come with it.
